This was delicious. I wanted more. I added some chili powder for flavor since I didn't have jalpeno or banana chilis, used my own cooked black beans. I had to cook it longer to get the rice tender, but it was worth it. I used the extra time to warm up the beans I added. - 4/30/10

Really yummy. I was a little disappointed at first that there was so much liquid so I let it simmer and cook down. Perfect! I added a dash of ff sour cream and topped it with a little ff shredded cheddar. SO good. - 10/17/09

Not quite what we expected, but still very good. We put it in tortilla shells with a little bit of cheese. - 3/29/08

This is terrific and easy to make. I didn't have a banana pepper, but just used 2 jalapenos. I used a small can of tomato sauce and green chiles, and the 14 oz can of everything else. I served mine with a little low fat cheese on top and a few tortilla chips. Great! - 11/3/07

Very good! I did not have brown rice when I made this recipe so I lined a baking dish with corn tortillas and topped with the browned meat/vegetables. Then sprinkled with cheese and baked at 300 or 350 degrees until the cheese melted. Turned out just fine and hubby liked it, too! - 1/18/12

My family loved this recipe. It was easy to make and a great blend of flavors. I served it over a bed of lettuce and topped it with a little low fat cheese. - 11/9/07
