Ingredients

    *One Can Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust

    *1 Cup Kraft Natural Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

    *3oz. President Fresh Herb Goat Cheese

    *1 Medium Heirloom Tomato

    *1 Clove of Garlic

Directions

1. Prepare grill to medium heat. (Can also use grill rack on stove - high)

2. Unroll dough onto a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray; pat dough into a 12 x 9-inch rectangle. Lightly coat dough with cooking spray.

3. Place dough on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 1 minute or until lightly browned. Turn crust over. Rub with garlic; sprinkle with tomato and cheeses. Close grill lid; grill 3 minutes.

Serve immediately and enjoy!

    I would love this a lot more if it didn't base everything on brand name products. Buying one heirloom tomato is meaningless if you buy pizza dough with genetically modified wheat and dairy from factory-farmed cows. - 9/11/11
