I tried this and love it! I, too, added potatoes and carrots. Since I was worried about liquid spilling over while I was at work, I cooked on medium while gone (about 8 hours) then on high for 30 minutes when I got home. The meat just feel apart, which I loved. - 9/5/10

All I had to make this was RC diet, the onion soup mix and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup (26 oz). I threw in some cubed turnips instead of potatoes because I like to watch my carbs, along with a cut up onion. This was fantastic! Great for a nice Sunday supper. - 2/5/10

I am having trouble with keeping the liquid in the cooker, a lot keeps spilling out as the pop bubbles up. But it sure smells great; its cooking now, can hardly wait to taste it! - 4/3/09

I made this and my family loved it and they never knew the diet pepsi was in it. I was also very easy to do and I am going to use this sometime during the work week for the family. Also going to add carrots and potatoes in it next time just to try. Thanks for sharing.... :) - 1/2/08

Used 1 cream of chicken, 1 cream of onion, and no soup mix... Not fond of the soup mix or mushrooms. But after making the changes, this was amazing! Even my son, who is super picky, loved it! :D Will definitely add veggies next time! YUM! - 9/21/12
