Ingredients

    2/3 cup MLO Super High Protein Powder
    1/3 cup ground flax
    1 cup splenda (or less to taste - 2/3 cup works well)
    2 eggs - beaten well
    1/2 cup butter - softened
    3 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

Cream butter, coconut oil, splenda and salt. Add peanut butter and mix well. Mix in beaten eggs and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients. Should be a fluffy consistency.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Press down slightly. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes for soft cookies and 10 minutes for crispy cookie.

    I am missing where the salt is listed and the serving size of 24 cookies cannot be right! Even when I was 350 pounds, I did not eat 24 cookies! - 4/14/13

    These were disgusting! The batter did not come out fluffy, instead it was runny. The cookies were thin and crumbled before I got them off the cookie sheet. The ingredients list says nothing about salt and the recipe directions says to add salt? - 10/28/12

    I had trouble with this recipe... Seems like it can't quite keep all the fat in, but this is likely because I didn't have coconut oil around. I used vanilla whey protein. - 4/19/12
