A quick and healthy spaghetti casserole - a good way to get your kids to eat spinach and broccoli!
This is my lower fat version of typical Greek Spaghetti/Meat Sauce. I use turkey instead of beef and salt is really to taste.
Very yummy substitute for spaghetti. Add some chicken for protein! Or split it into smaller portions and have it as a side dish.
Adapted from "Spaghetti Squash I" on AllRecipes. Easy and healthy! I serve the feta on the side to make it work for vegan and non-vegans.
