1/3 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
2 tsp. dried oregano
4 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, or green pepper
1 can (14.5 oz) reduced sodium 99% fat free chicken broth
2 cups Minute Brown Rice, uncooked
Directions
Heat dressing in a large skilled on medium heat. Add chicken; sprinkle with oregano. Cook 5 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
Add vegetables and broth. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in rice & cover. Simmer 5 more minutes. Turn off heat and let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
