Number of Servings: 75

Ingredients

    1 (20 pkg) oreo cookies
12 ounces cream cheese(softened, cut into cubes)
    20 ounces white chocolate

    Directions:

Crush oreos in food processor, add in cream cheese(softened) to mix. Recipe calls for 12 ounces but my niece used 8 ounces instead.
Chill then roll in balls. Chill again while melting the white chocolate in a double boiler.
Then dip(I used a spotted spoon) each ball into the chocolate. Place on wax paper to dry.
Next time I try them I plan on using reduced(fat free ) oreos and reduced cream cheese.

Directions

75 balls

Number of Servings: 75

How are Oreos, cream cheese, and white chocolate good for you? Your serving size is for 75 people which means that if you are eating 1 ball that is the size of a nickel, then your fine. I thought that Spark Recipes are suppose to be about healthy lifestyle changes? - 3/22/11

These are YUMMY! I made them with reduced fat Oreos and low fat cream cheese, and I can't imagine that they would be any better the full-fat way. I made them tiny (I made 100, instead of 75) and they make great little bon-bons, perfect for our party or a little chocolate treat when I need one! - 2/4/08

I loved this recipe and since it wasn't already indulgent enough, I thought I'd roll it in Skor bits - TO DIE FOR! (Definitely a treat that you should be sharing...Moderation is the key to success!)

I love these! I've made them several ways with amazing results regardless: 1) light cream cheese, 2) medium dark chocolate instead of white, 3) adding mint flavor to chocolate. - 11/24/10

I often make these for the holidays. I use semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of white chocolate though--just a matter of personal preference. - 1/11/10

OMG YUM!!!!!!! I used reduced fat oreos and 8 oz. of FF cream cheese. YUM! So yummy!!! Very messy though, and I ended up making the balls too big and burnt my fingers in the chocolate, but SO WORTH IT!!! - 8/14/09

    Very Good
Good, but addictive, as they say! Probably best for a large group or party. I colored the chocolate green for St. Patrick's Day! - 3/7/08

I didn't make it but a friend of mine did and it was addictive. I reccomend that it only be made when you have a lot of company coming over, that way you don't eat them all by yourself. - 2/26/08
