    Incredible!
AMAZING!!!! I substitutes a can of fire roasted tomatoes (with juice drained) for the chopped tomato and used fresh spinich instead of watercress. The whole family loved it! It tastes like a restaurant meal :-) Thanks for posting this! - 4/19/10

    Very Good
Pretty good. Will make again with a couple changes, for example replacing feta for the goat cheese. I think the flavor would be better in this case. - 12/7/09

    Incredible!
My husband and I liked it a lot. Replaced goats cheese with Greek feta cheese which is less in calories and it still tasted good! Will definitely make it again. Thanks! - 2/10/08

This was a yummy mix of flavors. A good base for substitutions if you don't have all the ingredients. - 2/6/08
