I love all the fresh vegetables! And, I definitely underestimated the serving size. lol. The last stirfry I made, I ended up eating 2 servings, so this time I decided to up the recipe to serve 6 (which I thought would serve 3) and it wouldn't even fit in the pan! - 3/28/08

This was very tasty. I too used low sodium soy sauce but tasted terrific. I will make it again. You could sprinkle just a FEW of those crunchy noodles on top to give it a little crunch. Loved it! - 3/27/08

I loved this and so did my boyfriend even though he only had it later as leftovers. Quick and easy to make. The only thing I changed was using low sodiom soy sauce. Hmmm, think I'll make it again tonight. - 3/6/08

I made this yesterday, but I didn't have any soy sauce on hand, so I used Worchestire Sauce. I liked it alot. Plus I didn't have any bean sprouts. I would definitely fix this again. It is a little time consuming to chop everything up. Plus the instructions did not say how long to cook. - 3/19/08
