spices were way off, but over all we really liked it. I also used fresh mushrooms vs. canned mushrooms. - 3/31/10

I made this for dinner, added extra veggies (chopped zucchini and mixed frozen broccoli/cauliflower/carrots) and used fresh mushrooms. It was great and there's lots left over for tomorrow's lunch plus I froze the rest for future lunches. - 11/29/09

Made it tonight. It was good, but needed more seasoning so I added low sodium season salt and a little mozzarella cheese. Kids loved it. - 8/23/12

Used fresh mushrooms, low sodium cream of mushroom soup and added some fat free sour cream. My husband and I really liked it! Will make it again! - 8/4/12

I agree the spices were way off, found it really salty. Will make this again but with about 1/4 of the spice. - 5/23/12

The spice measurements must be a typo. I used 1/2 as much and it was still too much - and we like spices! I loved the mushrooms in there, though. - 3/25/10

It was better than using a box of hamburger helper, but I wonder about the real fat and sodium content when using condensed soup. Three out of four family members said it was ok. The 4th didn't like it at all. - 2/16/10

We added some veggies too. I didn't add tobasco because of the kids so instead I sprinkled 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top. - 1/26/10

This was pretty good. I added some vegetables and skim milk to cook the noodles and it turned out well. I dint measure the milk, just kept adding it as it cooked down. I also omited the tabasco and used some spiced salt. - 2/2/09

I made this and my kids loved it, however if I would have added the seasonings per the recipe it would have been way too spicy. Maybe this was a typo? I also added sour cream because it seemed a little to dry... - 11/19/08

Sounds wonderful! The only thing I would change is I would use the low fat cream of mushroom soup. I love nice simple recipes like this that taste great! - 2/17/08
