Savory Dip!! Savory Dip!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 ounces reduced-fat processed cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1/2 cup chunky salsa
    1 (16 ounce) can fat-free refried beans
    1/2 cup canned chopped green chiles, well drained


Directions

Combine all ingredients and put in microwave-safe dish. Cook for 2 minutes. Stir and continue to cook for another 4 minutes, stirring once, until cheese is melted and dip is warmed through. Serve hot with fat-free or reduced-fat tortilla chips or mixed veggies. Yields: 8 servings

    Very Good
    This was a fun change from our ordinary meals. It was yummy, but I don't like processed salsas, so I think it would have been better with some fresh pico de gallo, instead. Thanks for the fresh idea. - 1/10/11
