This is a FABULOUS P90X recipe. We had it last night for the first time and the pork flavor was incredible!! I cooked it in a pyrex baking dish in the oven for 1 hour covered in foil. When I pulled it out, I sliced the meat in the pyrex dish and let the slices soak up some of the juice. YUMMY! - 4/25/08

Good recipe. I didn't give it 5 stars because I reserve that for WOW recipes. I browned it as the recipe said, then baked at 350 for 50 minutes, and it was very moist. We liked it, and didn't think it was spicy-hot at all. May add cayenne next time! - 8/25/10

How delicious was THAT! We loved it. I made it for my hubby and my one year old son. We will definitely be having it again. I cooked mine for 30 minutes, then put foil over top and dropped the temp to 325 for another 12-15 minutes. Served it with rice pilaf and broccoli. Very yummy! - 8/23/10

I made this recipe for my husband tonight it was really good. I cooked it for 1 hour at 350 covered it with foil and it turned out great really juicy and I loved the Tabasco because it gave it that spicy and sweet taste with the brown sugar. I am not much of a cook and it was really easy even for me - 6/11/20

Made for whole pork loin, so figuring spices was interesting. Even with all the sauce & cooked in the slow cooker, the meat was still dry. Next time I'll do as one of the members did, cut it while in the pan so meat can soak up the juices & maybe it won't be so dry. - 3/1/17

Made this delicious recipe tonight. I used a pork shoulder picnic roast instead, because we are a family of 7. The flavor was different, and superb. Excellent texture, very moist. I had to increase the amount of seasoning. Served with brown rice and String beans, with onions, red peppers and garlic. - 8/6/13

This was Phenomenal! Loved it! Added a little more spice and Scriacha hot sauce since I didn't have tobasco. Also, the only pineapple in the house was a small can of crushed in own juice. I added that to the roasting pan and baked (after browning) for 35 min. Should have baked for only 20 min. - 8/11/12

I had to rate this somewhere in the middle. My husband wasn't a fan, but I liked it just fine. I thought it needed to be a bit spicier, so if I make it again I'd have a heavier hand with the chili, cumin and tabasco. - 4/14/11

great flavor, I would make this again if my Hubby was not against it. He said it reminded him too much of French toast. So I may try it again without the cinnamon just so I can have it once more.
