  My husband doesn't care for chicken and can't eat anything spicy. I left the salsa off his piece and he said it was pretty good. If he had to eat chicken this one he wouldn't mind eating again. I thought it was great with the salsa. - 4/24/08

  This was SO good! Even my husband (who thought he didn't like chicken before he married me) loved it! I was amazed at how good it tasted for as easy as it was to make. I would never have thought to use dijon mustard and salsa together but it works! - 4/21/08

  OMG! How could something this simple be soooo delicious? Had this for dinner tonight and it was just fabulous! I prepared the recipe as written except I sprinkled shredded Kraft Mexican 3 Cheese blend on two of the breasts. Both ways were equally delicious. This is a definite repeat! :) - 10/29/12

  Awesome mixture! I mixed the Dijon and Honey Dijon together instead. Also, I found this mixture to be delicious over egg noodles and with a dab of sour cream. Will definitely make this again. - 1/26/11
