Good, but it needs some fat so nutrients from veggies can be absorbed. Make one of the ingredients a low fat one. - 1/26/10

I make this all the time, but add some Mrs. Dash to spice it up! My favorites are Extra Spicy and Garlic & Herb! I also use Canola Mayo for the healthy oils so my body can assimilate the nutrients from the veggies! - 1/26/10

I love this - make it all the time. A dip of just mayo and yoghurt is good too - like the above poster, I don't like fat free mayo so I'd generally just use the full fat version but adjust my intake for the day accordingly. - 3/15/07

The bad thing about all these fat free ingredients is that most manufacturers then add a lot of sugar to make them palatble, which means my diabetioc husband can't go near them so you have to check the ingredients listing very carefully. - 8/27/11

I hate the taste of fat free mayo so I would try reduced fat mayo instead- it will add a few grams of fat but otherwise sounds like a great tasting, inexpensive veggie dip! - 3/14/07

It sounds good but I will make it with full fat ingredients for absorbing nutrients, and no canola oil - we all get too many Omega-6's as it is. Healthy fat is not the enemy! - 12/13/11

I made this with some light French dressing I had, and the full fat mayo that was already in the house. Will try to low fat. Was pretty sweet, so may try other dressings, but I love the ease of this recipe. - 10/9/10

If you want to use reduced fat, try Kraft Reduced Fat with Olive Oil. It contains 2g of Monosaturated Fat which is the good kind. - 1/26/10

Sounds good. I didn't make this, but to comment on the not liking the fat free mayo. I keep both the fat free and low fat versions on hand.I use FF for sandwiches which tasttes fine, and Reduced when I need it for creamier things (tuna salads, dips etc.)makes a BIG difference in taste and cals. - 4/23/08
