Found this recipe on Foodnetwork under healthy choices. I use the vanilla soy milk and added raisins sometimes. It is very good and could be used with any fruit and jam. I plan to try blueberry. Ingredients

1 C water
1/2 C Oatmeal
pinch of salt ( kosher is best)
2TB dried Cherries
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 TB cherry jam ( polaner all fruit is good)
2 TB soy milk or low fat depending on your tastes
can also add 2 TB raisins if desired, or use other fruits and jams.
Directions
Put cherries in water bring to boil make oatmeal as usual. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and Jam. Put in bowl pour milk over and enjoy. Very tasty and good for you!
