I saw this on Facebook and had to try it. They were delicious! The outer crunchy part was out of this world. I added it to SparkRecipes because I couldn't find it listed here.

Ingredients

    1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 dash Salt
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Preheat oven 400. Wash and remove outer leaves trim stem off, cut 1 to 1 1/2 inch steaks brush both sides with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper both sides bake 30 to 40 minutes They're really good at 40 min so edges start to brown and get crispy.

Serving Size: 1 Steak

    This is one of my favorite recipes. I added lots of spices doing some with curry and topped with oregano. My advice is 'Be Creative'! After taking them out of the oven, I also cooked some in my air fryer for crispy "chip-like" snacks. They are awesome! - 5/26/19
