    Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt, .5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat, 2 tbsp
    Honey, 1.5 tbsp
    Fat Free Soy Milk-vanilla, .5 cup
    Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup, 1 tbsp Ice .25 cup

Directions

All all to blender and blend until smooth serve

can be served with a tablespoon of granola

    the fat, sodium and carbs (sugars) are Much Too High, so I can't eat them... (am diabetic with HBP) but I'm sure they're delicious because... they say, anything that tastes Good... is Bad for you. LOL - 11/12/08

    this recipe is like jamba juice's....did you get it from them?????well i have a vita mixer what jamba juice uses and that thing i put this in and it is better than in a reg mixer plus i can put anything else in it and make it great. great job. - 7/2/08
