Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    1 c (about 4oz) sugar snap peas
    1 T orange marmalade
    1 clove garlic, rough chop
    salt and pepper

Directions

Heat oil in skillet. When hot, add rinsed and drained peas. Saute about a minute, then add garlic, salt and pepper. Saute five more minutes and add marmalade. Saute to desired crispness, then serve.

    I made 2 servings, using 1 tsp. of Olive Oil, 8 oz. Sugar Snap Peas & 1 Tbsp. Smuckers low Sugar Marmalade and reduced the calories to 73 per serving! They were delicious! I've been looking for a good quick recipe for Sugar Snap Peas & this one is a keeper for sure. - 10/31/11

    Very easy to make, and I was able to use half the oil. Our family liked it well enough, & I will probably make our peas this way when we have them on hand, but I don't think it was a big enough hit to make a point of including this dish in our menu regularly. - 4/28/10
