Introduction
This is an old recipe of mine that I changed to a lower fat version. My husband loves it and likes me to add a small can of jalapeno peppers to spice it up.This is also a very good size serving - you will be full and satisfied. I made this last night and was awesome! Im not a fan of chips in food so I subsituted fresh broccoli cuts on bottom of pan. I also added some chopped mushrooms and celery (cuz I had it), it was awesome. The only thing I missed was the jalapenos!!! Bummer. but it was easy and will make again! - 8/14/08
