CHRISPAK.. you can subsitute bisquick with this : 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp veg. oil. You cannot substitute pancake mix for bisquick, it is not the same! (using this 'bisquick' recipe changes the nutritional information because it is not reduced fat bisquick ) - 10/30/08

I love this recipe. I put in cream of chicken instead and steamed some broccoli and carrots. My husband LOVED it too. That means a lot because then I don't have to make two seperate meals! - 8/10/10

My husband and I enjoyed this but thought it needed a bit more flavor. Next time I might add garlic. - 3/8/09

This was amazing... I loaded it up with veggies and used rotisserie chicken... it made six servings (6 PP) which I pre-portioned out in their own little crocks.. super comfort food... left out the egg substitute because I didn't have any nor did I have any eggs.. and I swear there was no difference - 9/30/12

I rated this very good even though it did have some problems. The biscuit mix was very thin. Next time we will either add more mix or less milk. We felt it needed more seasoning. perhaps adding Adobo/Garlic/or Garlic Salt would help. The veggies were too crunchy for our likeing, we will use canned - 10/19/11

I really liked this recipe, and so did hubby! I used regular Bisquick (couldn't find reduced fat), cream of chicken soup, and added garlic powder. The only thing I didn't like about it was that the biscuit part was a little doughy, even though I left it in for 35 mins. I'll cook longer next time. - 11/30/10

I made this tonight using HERCTHEJERK's suggested substitute for the Bisquick - it was fantastic! I used organic whole wheat flour instead of regular, which I guess is why it came in at 6 pts. Was so easy to make and made 4 very generous portions. - 11/2/09
