Ingredients

    1 Can of Black Beans (rinsed)
    Chopped Cilantro
    Roughly chopped onion
    Roughly chopped tomatoe
    Finely chopped Jalapeno
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 Avocado chunked
    Salt to taste

Directions

Rinse beans and toss all ingredients together, serve with your favorite low fat chips or even with snow peas. Very yummy!!

    Actually, I have a question, how large is your can of black beans? I just made this recipe and used a small can of beans and 1/2 an avocado. It was delicious but my hubbie and I shared it for lunch so now I'm not sure how many calories, etc. .. - 11/3/09
