Chuck Wagon Beef and Beans
Soak beans overnight and boil until tender. In a 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until browned, 6-8 minutes. Drain fat.
Stir in green pepper beans, barbecue sauce, mustard, and water. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, over medium heat.
Bake biscuits according to package directions. Serve beef and beansw over biscuits
