Ingredients

    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves minces
    Bouillon- Wyler's Beef Cubes, 2 servings dissolved in 2 cups of water
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    Organic russet potato, 2 potatoes chopped into small wedges
    1 large onion chopped

Directions

Trim fat from roast and chop into pieces. Brown on all sides and add to crock pot. Mix with all other ingredients. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5.
