Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Beef chuck- 1 and 3/4 pounds
    1 yellow onion
    Salt
    Pepper
    Enough water to cover beef
    Season to taste
    Carrots, cooked - 1 bag raw and uncut
    Celery, cooked, - 1 bunch raw and uncut
    Peas, frozen, 1 bag
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 bag
    Diced Tomatoes, 1 small can

Directions

Combine beef, onion, and seasonsings in your crockpot. Fill with water so that all meat is covered.

Cook for 3-4 hours.

Add rest of ingredients and cook for additional 5-8 hours.

    Incredible!
    I added some daikon radish which goes marvelously with the beef. If you boil up some leeks, celery and water before hand you can have a great broth to start this soup. It was so good! - 1/27/12
