Introduction
Nakji Bokum is a very spicy octopus dish enjoyed by many Koreans. Different variation of this dish do exist as the octopus can be substituted with squid for less chewy texture and taste. Some may find this dish too spicy even diluted with rice that accompanies this dish. Nakji Bokum is a very spicy octopus dish enjoyed by many Koreans. I recommend this recipe to anyone who likes octopus. I did find the serving sizes to be very generous; anyone planning to make this for the first time might consider making it four servings or even five, depending what else you're having. - 1/25/09

Definitely - I come from the household of the one pan meal which means we eat this along with "sides", ie some marinated cucumbers, seaweed salad which are all tossed in the same bowl. Thanks for trying it!
