    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    3 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery seed (or celery salt)
    2 pounds tilapia fillets

Directions

1. Preheat your oven's broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery seed (or celery salt). Mix well and set aside.

3. Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.

    Incredible!
I made this with only .80lb so that's roughly 1/2 the recipe. It was awesome The only difference I made was salted butter cause that's all I had at home. I made zucchini with onions and green pepper with a little bit of oil and butter it was awesome!! - 8/22/17

This is now a family favorite. It's quick easy and taste so good. One modification I made was to add some Goya All Purpose Seasoning to the mix, because when I first made it the family said it was missing a tad bit of salt. Great Recipe! Thanks for sharing. - 8/28/13

    Incredible!
So delicious and so easy to throw together. I love how low cal it is, but even so if you wanted to make it even lower cal it's just a matter of subbing 'light' versions of things. Awesome recipe! thanks! - 8/14/12

This is one of my favorites!! And it's so easy. I leave out the butter and just do the mayo, light mayo of course! My Husband loves this too. I cook this on nights when I'm in a hurry or too tired to really cook. Very good! - 4/23/10

I used actual parmesan cheese and grated it (the pre-made parmesan cheese has cellulose listed in the ingredients) and left out the celery seed (none in my cupboard). It was really, really good! Thanks! - 8/15/09
