Ingredients

    6 Boneless Pork Chops
1 can 98% fat free Cream of Mushrrom soup (condensed)
1 6 oz. box of Stuffing mix

Directions

Lay 6 pork chops in 13 x9 baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover pork chops with 1 (undiluted) can of Cream of Mushroom soup. On top evenly sprinkle unprepared stuffing mix. If you like stuffing less dry sprinkle with 1/8 cup of water, but the stuffing will soak up the moisture from the dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in a 350 - 375 degree over for about one hour until edges are bubbly and pork is cooked through.

This recipe was simple to make and delicious! The stuffing came out a little dry, so I think next time I make it I'll add a can of chicken broth or something similar. - 4/29/09

Actually if you like your stuffing very moist put it in a bowl and mix with 1/2 cup water before you put on top of pork chops. Boxed stuffing is made with water anyway. I think if you used chicken broth you will add lots of sodium you dont need in this dish. My mom always mixed it with water :)

    Incredible!
I LOVE this recipe! So quick and simple! The first time I made it it was a little too salty. Now I buy the low sodium cream of mushroom soup and get low sodium stuffing mix! Perfect!!! - 11/8/12

Just made this. Excellent! I added chopped onion, chopped carrots and potatoes and diced the pork chops. Also added a third cup water to the soup. Didn't use any extra salt, only pepper and I used sage flavored stuffing mixed with four tbs. water. - 1/26/12

I just made this this evening. I didn't have creamed soup and my chops were bigger but there were only 5. So I made it according to the recipe only I substitued creamed corn for the soup and sprinkled a little garlic pepper salt on ea. WOW oh WOW did it turn out GREAT! I am eating it right now, lol. - 4/12/11

This was really good, although just a bit too salty. Not sure if there's anything we could have done to fix it. - 4/28/09

Maybe use low sodium stuffing. Funny, I never found this salty before, but now that I have been eating healthy I agree it is salty. I am going to use the low sodium stuffing to see if it helps. Also pork is salty so if you use chicken its a little better

I accidentally used cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom. It was good except a bit too salty. I will try it again with the right soup next time. - 4/13/09

I use cream of chicken most of the time, but you are correct it is more salty than the mushroom. Also you can use chicken instead porkchops if you have that on hand. Sometimes I add a bag of mixed frozen veggies before I cook it...
