I LOVE this recipe! So quick and simple! The first time I made it it was a little too salty. Now I buy the low sodium cream of mushroom soup and get low sodium stuffing mix! Perfect!!!
Just made this. Excellent! I added chopped onion, chopped carrots and potatoes and diced the pork chops. Also added a third cup water to the soup. Didn't use any extra salt, only pepper and I used sage flavored stuffing mixed with four tbs. water.
I just made this this evening. I didn't have creamed soup and my chops were bigger but there were only 5. So I made it according to the recipe only I substitued creamed corn for the soup and sprinkled a little garlic pepper salt on ea. WOW oh WOW did it turn out GREAT! I am eating it right now, lol.
This was really good, although just a bit too salty. Not sure if there's anything we could have done to fix it.
I accidentally used cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom. It was good except a bit too salty. I will try it again with the right soup next time.
