This is a modification of Baked Pork Chops with White Beans by FIREFLY573.
Serves 4. - Savory herbs and onion season new potatoes and pork chops in a low-fat mushroom and wine sauce
- Takes a long time to make, but yummy!
- Salad dressing chops baked in juices sounds devilish, but is really quite heavenly!
- This is one of my favorite foods my Grandma makes. Just drop it all in the crockpot and go!
- This is great served over rice.
