I love eating this for breakfast or a snack. I love eating this for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

    2 cups plain non-fat yogurt
    1 small pkg. pistachio sugar-free instant pudding
    2 cups drained canned crushed pineapple

Directions

Mix dry pudding with yogurt. Add fruit.
Keep in fridge and scoop some out for a treat!

    Awesome idea! I tried it with the sugar free pistachio pudding and I think I will try the sugar free banana cream pudding with chunks of banana in it next. Loved it! - 4/6/09

    Wow! What a healthy alternative to using cool whip! I didn't have crushed pineapple, so I used a can of pineapple chunks and it turned out GREAT! - 3/24/09

    I do the same thing with ff coolwhip, not yogurt. But now I am going to try it, the yogurt has more nutritional value...

    Very Good
    This was really good. I was at the store and had to get the ingredients on the fly...so I only got one small can on crushed pinapple instead of 2 cups...it was pretty thick, but still yummy. Pistachio pudding is my fav, and with the protein in the yogurt, I can justify eating it! - 3/24/09
