Didn't know what to do with 1 cup of lemon juice so added it to pot after cooking 45 min in water. I grow my own grape leaves. - 4/28/11

    Incredible!
My mom makes this every time she visits. My sons love it. - 6/25/09

    Very Good
I made this with brown rice and ground bison (buffalo), which is leaner than ground beef. The recipe didn't say how much meat/rice mixture to put in each grape leaf, so I ran out of it before I had used all the leaves. Next time I'll either use more meat or put only .5 Tbsp. of meat mixture/leaf. - 5/10/09

Dolmades are my favorite! I'll leave out the beef, because I'm a vegetarian, but otherwise I'll be keeping this recipe as-is! Thank you! - 3/18/09

I cannot wait to make this! I adore Greek food, and stuffed grape leaves are no exception to this! I will be using vegan ground beef in my interpretation of your recipe. Thanks!!! - 3/18/09
