Introduction

quick and delicious, great for dessert! quick and delicious, great for dessert!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1 med apple
    1 med ripe pear
1 cup green or red grapes halved
    8 ounces crushed pineapple

Directions

Wash apple and pear, core and remove any bad spots, no need to peel. Coarsely shred with food processor attachment, shred peeled banana, halve grapes and add to fruit, mix well and then carefully fold in pineapple, I like to chill for an hour or two before serving to let the flavor develop but feel free to dig right in. The pineapple helps keep your fruit from turning brown but I like to lay down a piece of saran wrap right over the top of the fruit while chilling, this keeps the air out and delays browning. This makes 5 nice size servings for my family. Easily doubled or tripled. Enjoy!
