So good! My daughter was actually upset she couldn't have seconds and she is very particular about food. My husband even said it was yummy. Thanks for this recipe I will definately use it again. I actually used ground turkey and some low fat chicken gravy. (didn't have the other things in the house) - 4/15/09

I haven't made this, but if you add some Gravy Master to the soup it will make it more of a dark brown color- maybe a little more appetizing. I'm trying this tonight. - 4/6/09

I was "iffy" about this recipe however my guy wanted salisbury steak. I tried it with cubed steak coated with bread crumbs and took the advice of a couple people & added onion soup mix in the topping....was fantastic! My honey kept giving the "thumbs up" while chewing away...glad I tried this :) - 12/3/11

Very good recipe! Even my children ate it! I did add a packet of lipton onion soup to flavour the meat and another pack to the soup for the gravy. - 1/13/11

This was really great but I cooked it ontop of the stove! It was easier for me and I replaced the egg with egg substitue..I will fix this again..Great dinner - 4/14/09

My family loved this. I added a little Liptons beef/onion dry soup mix to the soup that topped the meat and it was surprising how much it tasted like real gravy! - 4/11/09
