Ingredients

    4 Cups Fat Free Chicken or Vegetable Broth
    2.5 Cups Canned Diced Tomatoes
    1.5 Cups Canned Black Beans
    1.0 Cup Brown Rice (cooked)
    0.5 Cup Salsa
    1 Carrot. diced
    0.5 Cup Onion, diced
    0.5 Cup Celery
    Chili Powder, Garlic, Cumin, to taste
    Cooking spray

Directions

Makes about 4, 2 cup servings

Saute onions, carrot and celery in cooking spray and spices. Add a little broth to cook til tender.
Add the rest of the broth, and all other ingredients.
Heat to boiling and simmer 5 minutes
