Ingredients

    Uncooked Spaghetti Noodles - 1/2 of reg. box
    1 Large Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
    4 uncooked Chicken Breasts
    1 Can Ro-Tel Chopped Tomatoes
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Boil Chicken Breasts in water until completely cooked through. Use same water to boil spaghetti noodles in (it helps add flavor to noodles). Cut up chicken into 1 inch pieces. Combine soup w/ 1/2 can of water, cooked spaghetti, diced chicken, tomatoes and cheese. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until completely warm through.

    I loved this and so did my somewhat picky DH. I used marinara sauce instead of diced tomatoes, less cheese, 99% fat free cream of chicken, and pre seasoned garlic and herb chicken breasts. I will definitely make this over and over again. - 1/29/09

    Fatty and high in cholesterol. I don't think this can be part of my diet as is. If I substituted whole wheat noodles and chicken broth that was low in sodium instead of creamed stuff and cheese from cans it might be healthier. Sorry! - 3/26/07
