Kinda turned the finished product into a burrito - I rolled up individual servings in a wheat tortilla with rice. Also, I didn't have taco seasoning on hand, so I used a little cumin, powdered garlic, oregano, & chili powder instead AND I added a small can of corn - still turned out great!! YUMMO! - 8/10/08

I made this recipe tonight and the family LOVED it! Everyone cleaned their plate! I used 1/2 of the taco seasoning and added some black beans. I also served it over brown rice. - 7/18/08

I substituted plain greek yogurt for the sour cream and used RBLAMB's idea of cumin, garlic powder, oregano and chili powder (1/4 tsp each) instead of taco seasoning. Served with black beans and a blend of quinoa and brown rice. Definitely making it again! - 6/28/17

Surprisingly delicious and so easy to make. I used less stuffing mix and added 1 Tbsp of Dried Minced Onion. Even my husband liked it. - 6/9/12

I love this recipe. I used it as a filler for burritos. I mixed it with corn, brown rice and black beans that where drained and rinsed. This recipe was really close to the chicken taco salad that I get at our local mexican restaurant. - 1/28/12

    Incredible!
We used this recipe to make tacos. Oh my gosh, they were SOO good. My husband, myself, and my 6 year old daughter all loved them! It was a great change of pace while still using our tried and true chicken breasts.

Simple to make and super delicious!

I did this the other night and left out the sour cream. My recipe was : 2 tyson boneless chicken breasts (no bone/no skin), 1 package of spicy taco seasoning, I eyeballed the hot salsa so it was just about enough to cover the chicken,2 cans rotel, 1 can whole corn and 1 can carrots (sliced). YUMMY! - 10/19/11

This a favorite in our home and is made on a regular basis. We also like to chop up the chicken and put everything in a flour tortilla, either way it's great! - 1/30/08

We must admit...the recipe sounded delicious and our family is always excited for new recipes, however the flavour was very overpowering with the taco seasing. We wouldn't make it again, but to each their own. - 7/28/07
