Introduction
This burger gives you the satisfaction of having your "mayo" and cheese by using a wedge of the Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb spread on the 100% Whole Wheat Arnold Select Sandwhich Thins. The thick slice of tomato, crunchy lettuce, protein from the burger and the whole grains in the bun will fill your belly and put a smile on your face. Ingredients

1 lb. of 93% Lean Ground Turkey
1T dried Italian Seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
4 - 100% Whole Wheat Arnold Sandwhich Thins
4 - wedges of Light Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Cheese
4 - thick slices of tomatoe
4 - hearty leaves of lettuce
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine, ground turkey, italian seasoning and salt & pepper. Make into 4 (4oz.) patties.
Grill (or use a non-stick skillet) over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until center reaches 165 degrees.
While the buger is cooking spread one wedge of the cheese on the bun.
When burger is done stack with slice of tomatoe, lettuce and dig in. :-)

This is DELICIOUS!!! Some people have mentioned that theirs was dry but mine was really juicy. What I love about this recipe is that, since I am cooking for one, I can stick the 3 extra burgers (and the bread) in the freezer and cook them later when I'm in a hurry! Wow! I really didn't expect much from this recipe since I don't really like burgers and my husband loves his burgers (regular not turkey) but we both absolutely loved them! I added some chooped onion and 2 tsp of liquid smoke to the turkey before cooking. So so good we ate all 4 servings! - 12/25/09
