I substituted Dijon mustard and added a pinch of brown sugar. It turned out fantastic, and I plan on making this regularly. Thanks for the recipe! - 9/20/09

Like someone else I put in 2 Tb of honey mustard. It was yummy but I think 1 tsp of dressing is a bit too little for me.. def needed like 4 servings to cover my salad. - 11/21/11

I took another member's suggestion and used 1 tbsp olive oil instead of 2. I also sub'd 1 tsp each of honey and dijon mustard for the honey dijon since I didn't have any on hand. Yum! - 12/5/12

I did need to add a teaspoon of honey to round out a harsh taste, but I think that was due to using a poor quality mustard! - 6/1/12

It is one of the best that I have found. I did add garlic and a bit of stevia as well as some Italian seasoning with hot pepper flakes. - 7/5/11

Superyummy! I misread it the first time and put in 2TBS honey mustard, but it was still great. I used 1T of the dressing on Coach Nicole's big salad, and it was plenty! - 6/30/11

Definately a keeper. I've been looking for ways to make my own dressing. I reduced the amounts to make a single serving. I didn't have honey mustard, only dijon mustard, so I thorugh in a 1/4 tsp of honey. - 2/9/10

I used sweet-hot mustard because that's what I had, added a couple of shakes of salt and maybe 1/4 t. lemon juice. LOVED IT! I can see this becoming a staple at my house. Thanks for sharing it! - 9/10/08
