I make this with brown rice. barley or ramen noodles instead of pasta. "The Silver Palate" brand puts out jar Tuscan Vegetable sauce. I'm sure Rague or another brand has Tuscan sauce too. - 10/22/08

Would like to try this - what are the spices in the Tuscan herb sauce? I like to do fresh and avoid sodium in canned or bottled sauce.... thanks for a reply ;-) got it - oregano, basil & rosemary - 10/26/09

I loved it, but I added more pasta, two cups for five doesn't cut it in our house. We each eat a cup serving which is 200 calories. - 10/22/08

Very quick and easy to make...still looking for Tuscan sauce, but I improvised. Used fresh garlic and sauteed fresh zucchini with chicken before adding sauce and frozen vegetables. - 8/9/09

I don't buy frozen veggies but will use fresh zuccini, carrots and peppers from garden. I will also use fresh garlic as I don't have the powder.I will try with whole wheat pasta but may also try with brown rice since we are bigger fans of that. Thanks for the recipe! - 8/10/09

There is something wrong with the recipe, I counted up the calories and it only comes to 800 calories, this recipe as it stands is for 2 servings. One half a chicken breast and 1 cup of pasta is considered one serving so this has 2 of each thereby 2 servings. Unless it is a side dish? - 8/4/10

Like the recipe and will try it. How about instead of listing "2 half pieces of skinless, boneless chicken breast (chunked)" the weight of the ingredient? Not all chickens are the same size. - 8/3/10

DH doesn't like chicken, so I will make it for myself. It doesn't seem like enough for 5 people, but I will try to portion it out to 5 individual portions for myself. It really sounds delicious! - 8/3/09

Barilla makes a Tuscan herb sauce, here's the link if you want to see what to look for. Maybe other brands do the same. I had a hard time figuring out what the heck Tuscan herb sauce was and saw many people wondered the same. Finally found this:
