Ingredients

The nutrition was calculated using the ingredients below, but my father used to make the pies with nothing light - I find it to be just as delicious using the reduced fat ingredients. You should be fine if you want to take it further and use fat free cream cheese, etc.

    4 oz. Light cream cheese
1 cup plus 3 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup Reduced Fat peanut butter
    1/2 cup skim milk
3 cups of Fat Free Cool Whip
    1 graham cracker pie shell
    1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts

Directions

Whip cream cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy
Beat in sugar and peanut butter
Slowly beat in milk
Fold in Cool Whip
Pour mix into Graham cracker pie shell
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top
Freeze until firm

Enjoy!
