    Incredible!
These were the BEST baked pork chops ever! Used whole egg instead of just the white. Can change up the spices a little bit, but what amazed me was that they were crispy all over, no soggy bottom! Thank you! - 3/9/12

    Very Good
used 2 eggs, cut back on the paprika- only used 1+ tsp. Didn't add the pepper and used a few shakes of season salt instead of salt. also didn't use chili powder - 1/26/11

    Incredible!
Excellent recipe and very easy. I will make it again. I substitued skim milk for evaporated as well as egg substitue. Everybody at my table liked it and that's not easy to do! - 7/18/10

    Good
I thought is was good. I liked the idea of soaking the pork chops in the milk mixture, it made them really tender. I little too spicy for my taste, but other wise good. - 5/5/09

I didn't have the bread crumbs, so substituted potato flakes and corn flakes. The combination of spices was good. - 12/3/07
