  this was easy and my boyfriend even like it. however i just cut my breasts in half and did it that way instead of butterfly but it still came out good and moist. this is another i will most different do again. thanks - 7/30/07

  I found this recipe on French's Fried Onions and have been making it. It is DELICIOUS!!! My family loves it and wants it every week. Even my 2 younger ones that don't like onions love this dish. It is super easy also! - 1/9/08

  Fabulous! Tender juicy chicken with a crispy flavorful coating. This dish is not plain baked chicken (which is healthier), but it is absolutely a party for my taste buds. It is better than my old fried chicken recipe. I will make this dish again. - 7/10/07
