Ingredients

    Salad
1 12 oz bag broccoli slaw
1 package ramen noodles - noodles only (I used chicken flavor)
    2 tbslp slivered almonds

    Dressing
    2 tblsp canola oil
    1 tblsp splenda
    2 tblsp apple cider vinegar
    Ramen Noodle seasoning packet

Directions

Smash ramen noodles into bite size pieces and put on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper along with the slivered almonds. Spray with cooking spray and roast in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly toasted.

While noodles and almonds are toasting, mix the dressing up and put broccoli slaw in a bowl. When noodles and almonds are done, let cool and then mix with broccoli. When ready to serve add the dressing and mix well.
