Ingredients

    3 Ripe Avocados
    1 Italian (Roma) tomato, diced
    3 Tbs. chopped white onion
    1 Serrano Pepper, seeds and membrane removed
    1 oz Caciquie Queso Fresco, crumbled
    Juice of about 1/4 of a lime
    1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Directions

Mash avocado with a fork, adding one of the whole seeds to keep guacamole from browning. Add onion, serrano, tomato, queso fresco, salt and lime juice. Stir until mixed. Best if you let ingredients marry for at least 10 minutes, but can be served immediately. *Note--if you like a smoother guacamole, you may put avocadoes (without seeds) in a blender or food processor with a tablespoon or two of water and puree until smooth*

    Never had it this way before: prefer recipe right from Mexico, my relatives,, avacado, salt, diced sweet onion, lemon or lime juice. Period.
