  I am making this meal right now but I think there was a little typo. It asked for a 13X9 baking dish but I think it should be 9X5 baking dish...there is not enough to fill a 13X9 dish. I made a few changes also...I sauted the onion and garlic first and I added crushed red pepper.

  This meat loaf is wonderful! I made it the other night for dinner and my husband had seconds and wanted it put in his lunch for the next day. I have to say though the only down fall is that it is sooo good that its really hard to only have one single serving piece. - 3/29/12

  SUPER EASY ! And VERY delicious ! I added extra onions and extra garlic.. When there was 5 minutes left to bake I smothered it with shredded cheese and it melted perfectly. - 11/3/15
