This can be cooked in the oven, but is also lovely on the grill. 8 chicken 'tenders' can be used in place of the breasts, if desired.
Super easy to make & easy on the calories. Savoury dish that can be baked or pan fried. Sometimes I slice the breasts into bite-sized pieces when I pan fry and serve on a bed of rice or another way.
