Super easy to make & easy on the calories. Savoury dish that can be baked or pan fried. Sometimes I slice the breasts into bite-sized pieces when I pan fry and serve on a bed of rice or another way. Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp Clubhouse Greek Seasoning
    Lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon

Directions

Cooking time is for oven baked breasts - if you pan fry, they will be done in about half the time, especially if you slice into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat oven to 350F. Drizzle chicken breasts with 2 tbsp olive oil and rub over breasts. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Greek seasoning over the breasts. Place in oven for about half an hour or until done. Squeeze lemon juice over breasts when finished. Enjoy!
