Ingredients

    32 oz Farm Fresh Frozen Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
    .33 cup Olive Oil
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend (or any brand lemon pepper)
    1 tbsp Basil, dried
    1 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 dash Salt
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw , chopped
    74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw, chopped
    20 leaves Basil, fresh
    16 oz Spaghetti - Barilla Spaghetti (or any brand)


Directions

Coat the crock pot lightly with olive oil. Dump in 6 chicken breasts, frozen. Cover chicken with lemon pepper, dried basil, parsley, salt, and garlic. Lay chopped onions and pepper atop the chicken. Drizzle with some olive oil. Cook on low 8 hours. At end of the eight hours, cook the pasta and shred the chicken. Thoroughly blend the chicken and veggies and seasons. When pasta is cooked, drain it. Add pasta and fresh basil to the crock pot and thoroughly toss the whole lot. Serve hot, adding fresh Parmesan if you like.
