    1 tbsp Olive Oil

    1/2 an onion chopped (about 1/5 a cup)

    1/4 cup of shredded or chopped spinach

    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms


heat oil on medium heat until sizzling. Add the veggies and saute until slightly soft and enjoy.

This tastes great on top of steaks and chickens!
