Ingredients

1 tbsp Pepper, black
1 tbsp Rosemary
2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
2 cup, diced Celery, raw
6 cloves Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
450 grams Red Potato
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 tsp garlic salt
4.5 cup Campbell's No Salt Added Chicken Broth
15 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, raw (by YOULOSEGIRL)
3 serving Catelli Healthy Harvest Egg White Noodles (2.5 cups)
Directions
Chop potatoes, carrots and celery into bite-sized pieces. Chop onion and garlic finely. Put in crockpot carrots first, then potatoes and add the rest of the veggies on top
Cut raw chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and put in crockpot.
Add 4.5 cups chicken broth and 4 cups water.
Add seasonings to taste.
Cover and let cook for 7 hours on low. Add noodles in the last hour of cooking and cover again.
Makes 6 servings

Very tasty. I used whole wheat noodles which worked very well. I would have liked more specific suggestions on spices to use. - 6/5/10

Haven't logged in for quite some time and just found this rating. Glad you enjoyed! I just used the following for spices:
1 tbsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp rosemary
